Melanie
Her
mother and grandmother were keen bakers and by an early
age Melanie was confident at making macaroons and meringues,
quickly followed by Victoria sponges and chocolate cakes
After
having a change of career a couple of years ago she found
that she had more time to focus on baking and to create
bespoke designs, this led to friends, family and work colleagues
encouraging her to make a business of her talents.
Melanie
enrolled on a Professional Cake Decorating Course with Squires
Kitchen International School and then later a Chocolate
Wedding Cake Course through Squires Kitchen International
School taught by leading chocolatier Mark Tilling.
